Burglar-resistant curtain wall
The PROCURAL PF 152 curtain wall system has been tested to achieve burglar resistance of class RC3. The tested construction was divided into panels of different sizes - both larger and smaller formats, where resistance to burglary is more difficult to achieve. The tested structure featured triple glazing (Uf of 1.3 W/(m2K)) with maximum dimensions of 3500 x 2500 mm and minimum dimensions of 500 x 500 mm, as well as with panel infill with maximum dimensions of 2500 x 1500 mm and minimum of 500 x 500 mm. The method of glazing is the most innovative feature of this structure. Unlike other solutions offered on the market, the glass is not glued in, but adheres to the gasket as standard, which significantly simplifies and reduces the cost of installation.
