Newsletter - rules

The controller of your personal data is PROCURAL Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Cekanowo ul. Płocka 22, 09-472 Słupno (""PROCURAL""). 

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of sending the newsletter based on granted consent - pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (""GDPR"") and Article 398 of the Electronic Communications Act of 12 July 2024.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to receive the newsletter.

The consent to receiving the newsletter and processing your personal data may be withdrawn at any time. In order to do so, please use the link provided in the email containing the newsletter. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.

Your personal data shall be processed until the purpose ceases (the newsletter service is terminated by PROCURAL) or you withdraw your consent in this respect.

Your personal data shall be processed by automated means and shall not be processed in the form of profiling.
