PF152 curtain wall, "A" variant – an extension of the basic PF152 system with the option of mounting an external curtain wall on a substructure independent of the aluminium and glass system. The result is a combination of different construction materials with different appearances on the outside (aluminium) and inside (steel, aluminium or wood).

  • may be mounted on a steel, aluminium or wooden substructure
  • minimum width of substructure profiles: 50 mm
  • mounting on a steel substructure significantly increases the maximum dimensions of the structure
  • curtain wall height limited to 13 m
  • excellent tightness ensured by a three-level drainage system
  • very aesthetic appearance, especially in the wooden substructure version, where warm wood accents are visible from the inside; from the outside, powder-coated or anodised aluminium profiles with a width of 51 mm (in the standard version) are visible.

  • Aluminium profiles EN AW-6060 in acc. with EN 573-3, T66 temper in acc. with EN 515 and fulfilling the requirements of EN 12020-1
  • Gaskets EPDM synthetic rubber in acc. with EN 12365-1 and TPE in acc. with DIN 16941R3
  • Mullion and transom width 51 mm
  • Filling Glass panes, IGUs or non-transparent panels, thickness: 4 - 65 mm for curtain walls, 24 - 69 mm for windows
  • Thermal insulation Uf from 0.93 W/m2K, Ucw/Uw = 0.62 W/m2K (W 1200 x H 2500 mm Ug = 0.5 W/m2K, triple glazing).
  • Surface finish methods PE powder coating in acc. with Qualicoat requirements, wide selection of RAL colours; natural and colour anodising in acc. with Qualanod requirements; wood effect coating – surface finish fulfilling high anti-corrosion requirements
