(uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2024 item 34, as amended), PROCURAL sp. z o.o. introduces the Privacy Protection Policy (“Policy”) and undertakes to comply with its provisions.
This Policy applies to cookie files and refers to websites (the “Website”) operated by PROCURAL spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office at ul. Płocka 22, 09-472 Cekanowo (near Płock), entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number 0000060249 by the District Court for Łódź Śródmieście in Łódź, 20th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, VAT no.: 7741008197, REGON: 610220614; BDO: 000042079.
We assure you that by using the cookies technology we take the utmost care to protect the privacy of the Users of our Website. To this end, we comply with generally applicable laws, standards and best practices in the online environment.
§ 1
GENERAL PROVISION
- The Website does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in cookies.

- PROCURAL sp. z o.o. collects anonymous statistical data about Users using the cookies technology and in the case of Users who register with the Website and provide their data, PROCURAL sp. z o.o. additionally processes such data as well. Examples of such situations include online shopping, contacting the consumer service department, creating an account or sending information about tenders and offers.
- The above data include the following scope:
- the URL of the website the User visited before visiting our Website,
- the address of the website the User visits after visiting our Website,
- the IP address of the User, the proxy server, the operating system, the Internet browser and add-ons, the device identifier and its functions, as well as the name of the ISP or mobile service provider,
- contact details, including name, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address and invoicing address,
- order and purchase history,
- login, password and unique identifier.
- Some of the data collected and stored in cookies may be classified as personal data.

PURPOSE OF USING COOKIE
- PROCURAL sp. z o.o. is entitled to use the data collected and stored in cookie files for the following purposes:
- optimise its websites to guarantee the highest standard of convenience of the Website, in particular to adjust the content of its websites to the User's preferences and to optimise the use of the Website; the collected cookie files allow to recognize the device of the Website User and to display the website properly, adjusted to the individual needs of the User;
- prepare anonymous, aggregated statistics that help to understand how the User uses the Website and, as a result, improve its structure and content, excluding the User's personal identification;
- analyse the use of the Website in order to systematically improve the structure and content of the websites so that they meet the needs of our current and potential customers as much as possible;

- PROCURAL sp. z o.o. is authorised to process the data collected and stored in cookie files only to the extent of achieving the above specified business objectives, until the User revokes their consent, but not longer than the purpose of their processing exists.

SECURITY
- All data collected by PROCURAL sp. z o.o. using the cookies technology is protected with reasonable technical and organisational measures and security procedures in order to protect it against unauthorised access or use.
- Affiliates of PROCURAL sp. z o.o., in particular service providers cooperating with us, have undertaken to manage the abovementioned data in accordance with generally applicable security and privacy requirements.
- The Website pages may contain links to other websites that apply their own privacy policies. We recommend that you review these policies, as PROCURAL sp. z o.o. is not responsible for the privacy practices of these websites.
- Cookies do not change the configuration of your device or the software installed on your device.

METHODS OF CONTROL BY THE USER
- Cookies are saved on Users’ end devices based on their consent given – as a matter of principle – during their first visit on the Website.
- Users may control cookies at any time – particularly by revoking or modifying the consent referred to in section 1 or in the settings of their browsers. CHANGE OF PROVISION
The development of websites, the use of the latest technologies as well as changes in legal regulations may make it necessary to introduce changes to the Policy within the scope of privacy protection undertaken by PROCURAL sp. z o.o. If such changes take place, we will inform the Website Users about them immediately after their introduction, under the “Privacy Policy” tab.

The principles of processing of personal data contained in cookies by PROCURAL sp. z o.o. are stipulated in the “GDPR information clause” available on the Website under the “GDPR” tab.
The entity that places cookies on the end device of the Website User and obtains access to them is the Operator of the Website - PROCURAL sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Cekanowo at ul. Płocka 22, 09-472 Słupno.
